Product introduction
1.Solid waste/municipal solid waste incineration boilers andsystems as the key equipment in the process of harmless treat-ment of domestic waste, the pre-treated waste is incinerated,and the high-temperature flue gas generated after combustion isused to produce steam, steam is directly used for power genera-tion, industrial and mining enterprises self-use gas, residentialheating and so on, saving energy, make waste into treasure. Thewaste volume after incineration is only about 10 - 20% of theoriginal volume. The residue after incineration at high tempera-ture is harmless and can be directly buried or used as buildingmaterials, real realization of domestic waste resources, reduction,harmless treatment.
Characteristics of product structure
2.The boiler system is composed of waste incinerator, wasteheat boiler, flue gas duct, denitration system, deacidificationtower system, dust collector system, auxiliary boiler and so on.The garbage is fed into the garbage feeder by the grab, throughthe bypass breaker and the clay trough, and is pushed into theincinerator by the pusher for combustion. The incinerator grateis composed of a drying section, a burning section and an emberssection. The bottom of the hopper is a ash-dropping pipe and apneumatic ash discharge valve, and the ash is discharged by aslag conveyor. The high temperature flue gas produced by com-bustion passes through the waste heat boiler and the flue gastreatment system respectively, and is discharged from the chim-ney after meeting the discharge standard.
The waste heat boiler part is a single drum, natural circula-tion medium pressure boiler, which adopts suspension structure.The boiler is horizontally arranged and consists of three verticalmembrane water wall passages (I. E. Furnace I, Burnout ChamberII and convection shaft). High-temperature superheater, medi-um-temperature superheater, low-temperature superheater, sus-pended tube superheater and several sets of Tube economizersare arranged in sequence from bottom to top in the convectionshaft. A water spray desuperheater is arranged between the highand medium temperature superheater and the medium and lowtemperature superheater to regulate the outlet steam tempera-ture of the superheater.
