Huayuan manufactures industrial boilers in Linyi, China. Our main steam-project focus is 10 TPH and above, including 25 TPH biomass systems. Smaller enquiries can still be submitted for review.
START WITH THE HEAT YOUR PROCESS NEEDS
Steam output in tonnes per hour is only one part of a boiler enquiry. State the working pressure, temperature, normal load and peak load. For thermal oil or hot water, provide the heat duty and supply/return temperatures instead. The 10 TPH steam focus is not a sizing rule for other heating applications.

For palm processing, food production or other industrial steam applications, describe the process and operating hours together with the fuel that can be supplied consistently. Use a project reference to start the discussion; capacity alone does not determine the boiler configuration.

Indonesia · Palm processing residues
The published Indonesia reference identifies a SHW20-2.5/400-T biomass steam boiler using palm-processing waste. Review the project photographs and listed configuration. The record does not specify every component of the fuel mix; provide your own fuel analysis when discussing a new installation.

Myanmar · Alcohol factory
The Myanmar reference describes a 35 TPH biomass steam boiler at an alcohol factory and identifies biomass pellets as the fuel used in that case. A separate shipment report describes the project’s equipment and delivery scope. Confirm the required fuel and supply scope for your own plant.

Palm residues, rice husk, rice straw, wood chips and pellets have different properties. A reference using one material does not establish that the same configuration suits another. Share the fuel origin, size, moisture, ash content and any available laboratory analysis. Include seasonal changes, storage conditions and the intended feeding arrangement.
Keep the units and test basis with the analysis. If a value is unknown, mark it as unknown. Photographs help describe the material but do not replace a fuel analysis.

Start with your normal and peak steam demand, working pressure, temperature and operating hours. Huayuan’s published 20 TPH Indonesia and 35 TPH Myanmar references illustrate separate installations; they do not determine the size for your plant. A proposed 25 TPH system requires review against your actual fuel and process requirements.

Agree the boiler and auxiliaries needed for the actual project, including fuel handling, ash removal, water treatment, flue-gas cleaning and controls. Confirm exclusions, shipping terms, documentation, installation guidance and commissioning responsibilities in the quotation.
