The boiler is equipped with a natural circulation heating surface, with sufficient output, low accident rate, and safe and reliable operation.
The furnace is equipped with a cyclone burn-out chamber, which reduces the dust content of the flue gas, and the hot carbon black particles are further burned, which improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler and reduces the blackness of the flue gas. As a part of the ash particles with larger diameter in the flue gas are separated in the cyclone burn-out chamber, the dust content of the flue gas entering the convection tube bundle is reduced, the wear of the convection heating surface is reduced, and the service life of the boiler is prolonged.
The grate adopts mature patented technologies such as scale/beam grate and side grate (authorized use, patent number ZL 03238033X, ZL200420069784.5, ZL03238037.2, ZL03238032.1), which greatly improves the reliability of boiler operation.
Sealed air chamber, double-sided air intake, grate air adjustment device (patented technology, patent number 2010201165780) adopts a mechanically processed conical sealing structure, which improves the sensitivity of the grate air adjustment.
