The 70MW high-efficiency and low-emission coal-fired boiler heating project for a certain thermal power company in Jining, which was constructed by our company, officially started operation during the 2020 heating season. This is another large-scale public heating project that our company entered into operation after the 58MW high-efficiency and low-emission coal-fired boiler of Taian Feicheng Thermal Power Company was put into operation in 2020. The boiler operates stably at a load of over 95%, effectively alleviating the heating pressure in the local urban area and contributing to the Huayuan power supply for ensuring a warm winter for the public.
The boiler model of this project is DHS70-1.6/130/70-AⅢ. The designed thermal efficiency exceeds 90%, and the complete combustion rate of the coal powder fuel is above 98%. This complies with the current national policy trend of clean and efficient utilization of coal. After dust removal, desulfurization, and denitrification and other flue gas treatment measures, the emission values of various pollutants can be controlled within the ultra-low emission standards of ≤5mg/Nm3 for dust, ≤35mg/Nm3 for sulfur dioxide, and ≤50mg/Nm3 for nitrogen oxides, meeting the strict environmental protection requirements of the 2+26 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei atmospheric pollution transmission channel.
