In recent years, our company has been making vigorous efforts in the field of biomass boilers. A large number of new biomass boilers that comply with the NB/T 47062-2017 "Biomass Pellet Fuel Boiler" standard have been put into operation one after another, bringing a brand-new experience to users and earning unanimous praise from them.

Our company has thoroughly studied the new standards for biomass boilers. Based on this, we have combined the actual fuel conditions of users and strictly designed and manufactured them in accordance with the new standards, thus breaking away from the wrong notion that biomass boilers can be used simply by modifying coal-fired boilers. Since the combustion space required for biomass boilers is larger than that of coal-fired boilers, the furnace volume heat load needs to reach 5 to 6 times that of a coal-fired boiler of the same tonnage to ensure complete and sufficient combustion of biomass. The "biomass boilers" simply modified from coal-fired boilers cannot meet this requirement and often encounter problems such as insufficient output, inability to operate at the designed load, and unstable operation. In terms of feeding materials, combustion (preventing flashback, configuring secondary air, etc.), and dust accumulation prevention, targeted designs are needed to ensure that the boilers operate in accordance with the design for long-term stable operation.
