This product is a new product developed by our company in response to the characteristics of lignite fuel. It solves various problems existing in general coal-fired boilers burning lignite. At present, we can provide customers with 1~100t/h steam/hot water boilers. The furnace has the following characteristics:
1. The boiler design adopts single-layer layout, compact structure, convenient installation and transportation, and low cost of boiler room.
2. The boiler is equipped with natural circulation convection heating surface, with sufficient output and safe and reliable operation.
3. The furnace is designed reasonably and adapts to the characteristics of lignite. The outlet has a cyclone burn-out chamber, which improves the combustion time and reduces the original dust concentration.
4. A high-temperature air preheater is arranged at the tail, which is beneficial to the burning of lignite.
5. Auxiliary machine accessories that can be equipped with layered combustion devices and other energy-saving technologies according to user requirements.
