YLW Biomass Thermal Oil Heater Commissioning

After 120 days of intensive installation and commissioning, our YLW biomass-fired thermal oil heater, with a capacity of 10 million kcal/h, was successfully put into operation in Pakistan on September 16, 2025.Among all biomass-fired boilers operating in the local area, it is the first to achieve stable combustion using 100% rice straw. The project has successfully addressed the widely recognized industry challenge of burning rice straw efficiently.Since commissioning, the system has performed reliably, helping the customer reduce fuel costs and improve resource utilization. It also promotes the beneficial use of agricultural waste, delivering significant economic and social benefits.
