山东省一家新建新能源科技企业积极响应政策号召,建成十条生产线,年产 200 万吨脲醛预缩液(UFC)。该工艺生产期间会产生大量甲醛废气,这一问题一直是客户的核心顾虑。我方企业自该项目筹建之初便主动跟进,依托自身在化工废气治理领域多年积累的研发成果,为客户量身打造了一套行之有效的废气治理方案。
该项目十条生产线合计产生甲醛工艺废气风量 105000 标准立方米每小时。整套治理方案经过多轮研讨、反复优化打磨:项目初期规划为每条产线单独配置一套废气处理装置,历经近半年的方案论证与实地核验,最终敲定仅配套两套废气处理系统,即可全覆盖处理十条生产线产生的全部甲醛废气。
在与客户协同落地整套解决方案的过程中,我司各部门负责人、工程技术人员与客户保持高频沟通,多次开展技术研讨。小到单一工艺参数核对,大到整套系统方案细化,期间不乏观点碰撞、深度研讨与现场实地勘查,部分技术讨论会甚至持续至深夜。我司严谨负责的工作态度与过硬的专业技术,获得客户联合投资方十余家单位的一致好评,双方最终顺利达成合作。
目前我司已形成成熟稳定、运行可靠的废气治理成套工艺路线,服务客户遍布全国。我们始终聚焦行业废气治理痛点,在彻底解决客户废气污染难题的同时,还能产出高品质蒸汽供给厂区生产使用,真正实现变废为宝、一举多效。该套治理方案适用场景广泛,可应用于石油化工废气治理、印刷纺织行业废气治理以及各类低热值废气生产工艺等诸多领域。

This production process consists of ten lines and can handle a total of 105,000 Nm3/h of exhaust gas from the formaldehyde production facilities. The implementation of this project went through repeated discussions and refinements. There was an initial plan of having one treatment system for each line. After nearly half a year of discussion and verification, it was finally determined to have 2 exhaust gas systems to ensure the complete treatment of all formaldehyde exhaust gas produced by the ten production lines. During the process of jointly implementing the solution with the users, the department heads and engineering technicians of our company interacted frequently with the users and exchanged ideas repeatedly. From confirming a single parameter to the elaboration of the system plan, there were arguments, in-depth discussions, on-site explorations, and sometimes the arguments would continue until late at night. Our seriousness and professionalism were highly praised by more than ten user consortiums, and ultimately a cooperation was reached.
At present, our company has developed a mature and reliable technical route in the field of waste gas treatment. Our customers are distributed all over the country, and they are mostly focused on addressing the pain points of users. We aim to solve the waste gas treatment problems for users while also producing high-quality steam for their use, turning waste into treasure and achieving multiple benefits at once. This solution can be widely applied in various fields such as waste gas treatment in the petrochemical industry, waste gas treatment in the printing and textile industries, and other low-thermal-value waste gas production processes.
